As I’ve mentioned briefly in other posts, a short story I wrote for a competition is going to be included in an anthology which you can preorder now on Habitat Press for publication on 26/02! There’s both an eBook and physical edition you can order.
Habitat Press have a really positive message behind their stories, all about raising awareness about our world and doing what we can to impact our future for the better. This particular competition was all about the characters within having an epiphany moment that led them to change for the greener. It was an interesting prompt that immediately set my mind running, thinking of all the ways it could be interpreted. I’m really proud of the story that came out of it, and equally as grateful that they chose it to be included in their anthology.
I’m really excited for people to read this collection. I haven’t had a chance to read all the entries, but I’m sure they’ll be inspiring and thought-provoking, and maybe they’ll even prompt the readers to have their own green epiphanies.
